He will look very familiar to Wii owners. However, those on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox may not be familiar with this game and may also be confused by the Wisps that will be throughout this adventure.

Sonic Colors: Ultimate – Wisp Spotlight
This latest featured trailer for Sonic Colors: Ultimate explains each of the game’s nine different Wisps and what they do.
Their functions help Sonic in various ways.
For example, the White Wisp will help fill Sonic’s power meter, the Cyan Wisp will transform Sonic into a powerful laser that launches onto the stage, and the Jade Wisp will transform Sonic into a ghost that can traverse walls and find hidden areas.
We have closely followed the development of Sonic Colors: Ultimate since it was first revealed in May.
Blind Squirrel Entertainment is working on this remaster, offering improved graphics, gameplay enhancements and new features.
The original developers Sonic Team are currently working on a brand new Sonic game, although the announcement may have come a little prematurely.
The Wisps should help Sonic in his relentless quest to go fast.
Sonic Colors: Ultimate will be released on PC (via Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on September 7th.
